Good hotel. Their service is excellent. They will not let you feel any discomfort in terms of their care and services. The location is the best as you can just walk around and even go to waling street by walk. I just have few issues with the room for example have less plugs to charge your phones and other electronics. And some discomforts in the bathrooms as well. Otherwise the service didn’t let me totally down.

Never knew that such an established hotel would charge a mere 100 Bahts for an extra blanket. The receptionist are very rude and are bad at behaviour. The attitude and behaviour spoils the whole charm and experience of staying in Pattaya. Kindly rethink before booking or suggesting this hotel. There are plenty of hotels with better ambience and service in the same vicinity.

Good points: -swimming pool (but closes at 6p.m !) -location Cons: -Very basic room (needs refurbishment, torn towel or bedsheets) -No safe neither hair dryer in the room (!) -Sometimes not friendly reception (« pay first, pay first! ») Obviously, the hotel owner is stingy..

I booked Sutus Court 4 and landed here. Google maps doesn't show this as Sutus Court 4, but shows as 3 instead. Staff at the reception is cooperative. Rooms are big sized, and there was a small balcony in my room. Room was clean and linen was proper. Location is far off. If you plan to be around the popular beach area, this place is at least 20 mins walk which is fine but then it doesn't offer a significant lower cost compared to properties right at the beach. So in that regard, it's good but not a great package. Can be better: There is no hot water kettle or tea/coffee sachets in the room. Phone in the room was not working, in fact it wasn't even connected to the wire.

Very good. Soi Buakhao is very crowded and fun. If you don't like noisy areas, you should stay at another hotel. The accommodation fee is cheap and there is a pool. I couldn't borrow a towel to use in the pool. They don't have a lot of towels. You can walk to Tree Town. There is a currency exchange office in front of the hotel. There is a 7-Eleven nearby. They have no breakfast, so I ate at the restaurant next door. Late check-out at 14:00 was plus 200 baht. It's kind and good.

Sutus Court is a good place to stay! The staff are very helpful and courteous. The rooms are large and unpretentious. The price is very affordable and there is also a swimming pool. The location is perfect, in the heart of the city and close to everything. The price does not vary much between low and high season. I recommend this place.

Nice place in Pattaya right in the heart of the action of Soi Bukhao and Tree Town. Everything you could ever want is right outside your door. Good wifi and a nice clean room. Staff are great and the pool area is fabulous. There is not a single negative thing to say about this place!
